Peter Groenewegen
Peter Groenewegen, emeritus Professor of Economics, University of Sydney (Australia) is a specialist in the history of economic thought. His books include 'The Economics of A.R.J. Turgot' (1977); A History of Australian Economics (with Bruce McFarlane, 1990); A Soaring Eagle. Alfred Marshall 1842-1924 (1995); a History of Economic Thought text (with Gianni Vaggi, 2003). His collected essays have been published by Routledge in three volumes (eighteenth century economics, 2002; Classics and Moderns, 2 volumes, 2003). He is on the editorial boards of History of Political Economy, European Journal of the History of Economic Thought, History of Economics Review, and History of Economic Ideas; a distinguished Fellow of the History of Economics Society, and honorary Life Member of the European Society of the History of Economic Thought.
